For optimum curing, we recommend that a minimum

be achieved by a dwell time in the oven of at least 1
minute in the oven set at a temperature above 300°F.

Panther Dryer belt motor

Made by a company that manufactures wiper motors.

These were fitted to the  Mcfurson tunnel dryers 40 years ago they kept leaking oil.

Consequently they went bust!

WPS still peddals these  PantherDryers with these fitted wiper motors.

WPS also went into administration  3 years ago owing customers  and suppliers money.

Finally the sums and the facts dont lie.

HI All,
We have a Panther tunnel dryer which we purchased from Wicked Print over two years ago, it was fine for the first 18 months but since then we are on a third motor to drive the belt, a new Thermocouple
we are having problems with it not curing everything and the heat dropping up and down, does anyone have one or had the same problems?

https://www.dyesubforum.co.uk

OK, let's try and keep it civil folks :-) We don't tolerate rudeness from anyone on here.

I can't comment on the actual machine. As you'll know, WPS have recently been bought out.

Unfortunately this was just after they sold me a load of kit, most of which went back.

Even the pallette knife had to go back as it was like tin foil!

Everything that was 'acceptable' arrived damaged.

So if this is an ad for WPS (and i don't believe it is!) I'd be the first to say steer clear!

I appreciate they've been bought out but when I approached the new owners about the (frankly) crap flash heater they 'mis-sold' me.

I was simply told that it wasn't there problem as they'd just taken over the business following liquidation.

Very kindly they offered me a discount on future purchases but that'll never happen!

  • The Panther 700 Texitunnel Conveyor Dryer

Dave Roper has announced that it is now the exclusive dealers in the UK for Panther Dryers, “Europe’s first specialist manufacturer of electric screen printing tunnel dryers.”

The dryers are made in the UK entirely from European parts, explains the company, which also reports that the dryers are low maintenance “as long as they are kept clean and are well looked after”.

According to Dave Roper, there are a number of advantages to using the Panther dryers with their ceramic elements, such as “less energy, a longer life, equal drying speed, and the T-shirt remaining at a cool temperature.”

Dryers can be customised to customers’ own specifications, explains the company, adding: “The Panther Dryer will offer you complete control over drying your garments.”

Texitunnel 700 Panther Dryer. This dryer is designed with just one bank of elements - it is good for drying t-shirts after screen printing.

    SISS: WPS 700L Tunnel Dryer

According to SISS, the WPS 700L Tunnel Dryer is its most popular dryer, with the company adding, “It is the most versatile and capable dryer in the marketplace.”

Built by SISS (WPS) in the UK, it is ideal for DTG printers, says the manufacturer, curing both light and dark garments. It can also be used with manual and semi-automatic screen printers using plastisol, as well as water-based and water-based discharge ink, which the company says will be cured in a single pass.

The dryer comes as standard with variable belt speed, temperature controls and an element array that can be moved up and down as needed, allowing it to accommodate large substrates. It uses ceramic infrared elements, which SISS says are efficient and long-lasting.

The standard length of the dryer is 3m and it comes with air extraction and either a 70cm or 90cm wide belt. It is available in either three-phase or single-phase power formats and is, says SISS, “easy and cost-effective to maintain without the need of a rocket scientist!”

Bank notes and coins
Bank Notes A Banknote is a legal negotiable note which one party can use to pay another party on demand without any interest and is considered as money. Although the physical goods were replaced by paper money over time and governments started issuing these as an exchange for objects. But the age determines the rarity of banknotes which has become the defining factor of its valuation. As a result, rare banknotes are very precious and sold at a very high price than their own on various market places for collection. Coins Coins are disc-shaped metal-made objects used as a form of money or as an alternative to banknotes for small purposes. Earlier the value was considered from the intrinsic value of the metal from which coins were made of. But at present, the value is decided by the state and use as flat money. As time passes, old coins have become very valuable for collection and as a result, they are s
