VICTORIA MANCER ARTIST
“I’ve always loved drawing and animals, and the two naturally combined from a very early age.
As a result leading me towards my current full-time art career.
But I don’t strive to produce photo-real artwork,
Capturing the inner feel and emotion from that particular animal
As a result, something that is a pretty accurate representation of my subject.
Llittle flick of hair, the way the muscles ripple and flex,
Also the nuances of colour as the light flows across the subjects body
Furthermore these subtleties help me bring
what I see to the viewer’s eye .
Consequently helps me communicate what I am feeling.
In addition, in our troubled world,
I like to create things .
That make me, and hopefully other people, smile.”
