And spreading around the positive film leading to poor screens.
Proper positive contact is essential to achieve high detail, small halftones, and crisp edges.
The aluminum compression lid featured and the adjustable toggle clamps on this unit .
Assures the correct amount of positive pressure needed in order to achieve maximum exposure results.
This exposure unit covers all your textile printing needs

with the ability to exposure up to a 65 line halftone dot

which in layman’s terms is extremely fine detail.

How it works.
The exposure unit works by exerting pressure from the black neoprene blanket to the inner dimensions of your screen.
Once the vacuum pump is on , it exerts enough pressure to achieve correct positive contact.
It’s easy to use and fits almost anyone’s budget.

Led UV Exposure Unit
Operation of the unit is simple.

First Set the time in seconds, on your phone

Ensure perfect contact between artwork and material to be exposed.

Close the lid and press the start button. on the vacuum pump close the outlet valve

Wait the blanket is fully sucked down.

Press the start button for uv lights to come on.

As a result Exposure cycle begins.

During exposure, the timer counts down and once the cycle is complete,

Exposure complete , switch of uv lights, switch off pump, open outlet air valve and open lid.

Finally remove screen.
