Pearlescent screen printing inks


Pearlescent waterbased ink are a ready to use print pastes

containing speciality pigments to obtain a metallic-like effect.

This awesome screen printing ink exhibits a beautiful pearl affect
that shimmers and flashes metallic colour in moderate to bright light.

Once printed, Pearlescent water based ink appears translucent.

This water-based printing ink offers excellent light fastness, washability, and overall durability.

Water can be added to alter the viscosity when printing.

A small particle size allows this pearl ink to be printed through a 43T-77T mesh

while using a medium-shore rectangular squeegee.

The substrate must be cured at 165C for 2 to 2.5 minutes.When the printing is complete,

for direct printing on light fabrics.

Suitable for cotton, jersey, Lycra and other natural and synthetic fabrics like polyester.

This ink has a very long drying time .

Working with this ink compares to working with plastisol inks

due to its thickness and long evaporation drying times.

Create whatever gold shade of metallic look you want .

To achieve more sparkly effects add Gold or for a silver / gold metallic combos .

Print on Black with White underprint to achieve gold metallic foil like effect.
